Quotations and project scope
Website descriptions and indicative packages are not a final project contract. The agreed deliverables, modules, timeline, price, payment schedule, support and exclusions are determined by the accepted quotation, proposal, invoice, statement of work or other written confirmation between Web Bharat Media and the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, brand assets, approvals, access credentials and third-party information required for the project. Delays in client inputs or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.
Changes and additional work
Material changes to an approved scope, additional modules, redesign requests, extra integrations or work outside the agreed deliverables may require revised timelines and additional charges. Such work should be confirmed before implementation.
Payments
Payment terms, milestones, taxes and due dates are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Work may be paused where agreed payments remain overdue. Third-party charges such as hosting, domains, app-store fees, APIs, gateways, SMS, email, premium services or licenses may be separate unless specifically included.
Intellectual property and licensing
Ownership and licensing of custom code, design assets, client content, reusable frameworks, third-party libraries and product components are governed by the applicable project agreement. Clients must hold the necessary rights to content, logos, images, data and materials they provide to us.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, messaging services, app stores, analytics platforms or other third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing and technical changes are outside Web Bharat Media's control.
Support and maintenance
Post-launch support, maintenance, backups, monitoring, content updates and future changes are provided only to the extent included in the agreed package or a separate support arrangement.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of work, costs already incurred, third-party charges and the applicable written proposal or invoice. Completed work, consumed services and non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted or may not be refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a project is limited by the applicable written agreement and does not extend to indirect losses arising from third-party failures, client-supplied content, unauthorized changes, external attacks or services outside our reasonable control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law and any specific written dispute-resolution terms agreed between the parties, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, including the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur where applicable.
